LENFEST PENTHOUSE

Harold Fitzgerald Lenfest, “H.F.” or “Gerry”, and his wife Marguerite, are two of Philadelphia’s most generous philanthropists. They required a pied a-terre in prestigious Rittenhouse Square. This home will be used primarily for entertaining and was designed with comfort and luxury in mind, while maintaining a traditional aesthetic.

The Doe’s required a residence in the city fit for entertaining. The home needed to be open and modern. The couples, which are avid art collectors, wanted a space that showcased their collection of antiques. The couple’s guests and in-laws needed to be able to retreat to their own spaces after a party or informal gathering in some of the many entertaining spaces. 

PENCE-MAXWELL RESIDENCE

The Pence-Maxwell’s required a residence in the city for their family. The home needed to be open and modern. The couple, who are avid art collectors, wanted a space that showcased their wall-sized paintings. The couple’s housekeeper and two children needed to be able to retreat to their own spaces after a family movie in the audio/ visual room, or a game in the great room.
